All items will be served with dinner rolls and accompanying sauces. Does not include $50 Carving Attendant fee. 20-guest minimum.
Baked Ham $120
Ham baked until juicy and tender (60 portions).
Roast Beef $150
Slow-cooked, hand-carved, top round roast beef seasoned with Montreal spices. Served with horseradish aioli and classic au ju sauce (50 portions).
Roasted Turkey $100
Oven-roasted, hand-carved turkey breast served with homemade gravy (50 portions).
Prime Rib $250
Specially seasoned prime rib slow-cooked until tender and juicy. Served with horseradish aioli and classic au ju sauce (50 portions).
