MANGO CHICKEN SALAD
Mixed lettuce with beans, avocado, fresh mango, corn,
and Grilled Chicken. Topped with tortilla strips and your choice of dressing

2nd COURSE
Zesty Asian Chicken Potstickers or a creamy Shrimp Bruschetta
3RD COURSE
Boneless BBQ Ribs
Tender and juicy boneless ribs tossed in a sweet barbecue sauce. Served with corn on the cob and coleslaw.
Steak and Shrimp
Two 4oz sirloin steak medallions cooked to your liking with jumbo bourbon glazed shrimp. Served with mixed rice and veggies.
Thai Chicken Quesadilla
A large flour tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken, fresh cilantro, shredded red cabbage, carrots, mozzarella cheese and Thai Peanut Sauce. Served with a side of sweet Thai Chili Sauce.
Lobster and Shrimp Pasta
Succulent sautéed lobster meat and Old Bay seasoned shrimp tossed in a Havarti Cream Sauce over Penne Pasta and topped with a Grilled Crostini.
